The holiday season is stressful in so many ways; feeling alone, family drama, squeezing in festivities with work... and then add in a desire to be as sugar-free as possible, it's enough to drive you to the cookie jar, the children's festive sweetie/candie cupboard or advent calendar.
As well as company and accountability we will be looking at festive recipes, embracing Winter and Hygge (a Danish and Norwegian word that describes a mood of coziness and "comfortable conviviality" with feelings of wellness and contentment). We will celebrate the Winter Solstice together on Zoom, I will share a supportive visualisation and an energy technique for people and food overwhelm
